1 Minute Wisdom for Building Resilience -

Speaking of REAL Resilience, It interesting to see just how many people run around with victim mentality running their lives - Unaware, unconscious and seemingly out of control.

So there are some steps you can begin to take to build Resilience.

1. Monitor your thoughts for a while - listen to how you speak to yourself.
2. What is the tone and attitude like of this internal dialogue?
3. The idea is to listen without judgement - become an observer of your mental programmes.
4. Challenge any negative comments, attitudes and perspectives with powerful questions.
5. Use questions that have empowering answers and question the victim mentality / perspective.
6. Each day - consciously insert positive Comments into your "Self Talk".
7. Take massive, positive, action whenever you have any kind of adversity.
8. Praise yourself for remaing positive - NEVER criticise yourself internally again!
9 Be kind to yourself and patient with others.
10 Make decisions and take actions that are healthy for your life and future.
11.Stop Tollerating rubbish. -0 Be courageous and do what needs to be done!
12. Visualise yourself in a positive, safe, supportive, happy, energising, powerful space and take steps to creating that life you really want.
